01Why it is free

Because I can't price anything without seeing how you work, and you have no reason to trust me until you've seen me work. Three hours on site settle both at once.

You sign nothing and owe me nothing afterwards.

02Why on site, never remotely

You can't understand a process over a video call. You need to see the workstations, the boards on the wall and the back-and-forth between offices. Remotely, it's easy to think you've understood and end up automating the version of the work you were told about, rather than the work itself.

That's why I come to you, in Belgium and in Luxembourg.

03How the three hours go

I don't start with the tools. I first ask what annoys you most on a Monday morning: that is almost always the right place to start.

Then I spend time with the people who do the work, not just with management. Together we look at what gets retyped, filed or chased by hand, and at the software you already pay for. We also decide what must never go through an AI in your company, such as medical records, banking data or documents from a legal dispute.

There's nothing to prepare. The right people just need to be available.

04What you get out of it

A list of quick wins: the repetitive tasks that could move to AI or automation, ranked by the time they would save you and the effort they would take.

I'll also tell you what isn't worth automating. When the problem lies in how the work is organised, automating it only speeds up the mess.

If it makes sense to go further, I then send you a quote. That's the only figure that commits you, and it only comes once we know exactly what needs doing.

05Who it is for

SMEs with three to fifty staff and no IT department, in Luxembourg or Belgium. Often the director can tell the team is losing time on tasks nobody wants, without knowing where to start. That's true of almost everyone I meet, and it's exactly where the assessment begins.

What I won't do is sell you a tool, or replace a decision that carries your company's liability. I don't do that, assessment or not.

06What comes next, if you go on

What happens next is entirely your decision. If you go further, we move in small steps that you approve, and each one has to be useful even if we stop there.
